Easter

This year Mike & I were unable to make it back to Delaware or Florida for Easter with family, but we were able to spend the day with Mike's brother and close friends. We hosted Easter dinner at our place and were in charge of cooking dinner, the first holiday meal that we have ever prepared! We had a great spread of ham, beef, mashed potatoes & gravy, macaroni & cheese, corn, asparagus, green bean casserole, stuffing and rolls.

It was delicious.

We are so thankful for the friends and family we were able to spend Easter with.

The angel said to the women, "Do not be afraid, for I know you are looking for Jesus, who was crucified. He is not here; He has risen just as He said"
Matthew 28: 5-6

  1. Doing a little blog hopping today and found you over at Words About Waverly.
Congrats on expecting a little one soon. September is the best month (I'm biased, both the hubby and I were born in that month). :)
Enjoy every single day of your pregnancy. It flies by, even though some days it might not seem like it.

I'm hosting a custom made infant/toddler/children's jacket giveaway right now. If you won it'd be perfect for your little one.
    Cheers to a fabulous week!

    1. Thank you, we are so stoked! I can't believe that I have been pregnant for over 4 months already, it really seems to be going by fast. I'm not sure if we are having a boy or girl but I will definitely be checking out your blog. Thanks again!
